Ingredients
800 g salted cod (salted)
3 onions (grated)
4 cloves garlic (mashed)
4 slices stale bread (soaked)
5 eggs
chopped parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
salt
pepper
Execution Instructions
Boil the cod with a little water. Once it has cooled, pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour. Form meatballs and after dredging them in flour, fry them in plenty of oil.
