Monastic Dishes
Description
In the Trikala regional unit, an area where unique mushrooms grow, including the particularly hard-to-find white truffle, a recipe with mushrooms as a key ingredient could not fail to dominate as a richly flavorful and nutritious dish.
On the trails of Pindos, dozens of species of mushrooms grow, which, thanks to this monastic recipe, bring out all their depth of flavor and aroma.
