The Presentation & Tasting of Local Gastronomy “METEORISIMO” was successfully completed at the Trikala Street Food Festival on Saturday, May 19, 2018, from 18:00 to 21:00 at Mylos Matsopoulos.

The event was organized by the Trikala Chamber within the framework of the METEORISIMO action, where visitors to the Street Food Festival had the opportunity to taste flavors of our local gastronomy.

In collaboration with the cooking department of the THESSALONIKI IEK GIATSOS, a presentation and tasting of Trikalino Loukanikos, traditional sour Trachanas, herb pie and cheese products was held. Also, in collaboration with the Confectioners' Association of Trikala, a presentation and tasting of the traditional Trikalini Spatoula was held, leaving excellent impressions on those who had the opportunity to taste these unique local flavors.
