Cod Croquettes

DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS
800g salted cod (desalinated)
3 onions (grated)
4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
4 slices of stale bread
5 eggs
Chopped parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp cumin
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
Boil the cod in water. After it cools down, add all ingredients in a basin and mix well. Leave in the fridge for an hour. Mold the mixture into balls, roll them through flour and deep fry them.
