INGREDIENTS
1kg of pork (shoulder or leg) cut into cubes
1kg sliced leek
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
Sauté the meat in a saucepan until it turns brown.
Then add the leek, a little water, salt, pepper and let them boil.
At the end, add lemon and (optionally) oregano and chopped parsley.
