But when it’s time to set the table, in a few minutes you can have hearty dishes with a taste that will make you seek for it repeatedly.
INGREDIENTS
1lt of water
230 – 250g sour trachana
50g olive oil
100g sliced Trikalian sausage
Salt
Pepper or chili flakes
METHOD
Put the water, the trachana, the salt and the olive oil in a saucepan. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the pan.
To serve, add the sausage, sautéed over high heat, along with the fat that will come out of the sausage.
Then grate the feta and the pepper or the chili flakes.
