Ingredients

1300 g salted cod (desalted, cut into small pieces)
1 kilo of greens (leek, spinach, chard, parsley, nettle, dill)
3 leeks (the white part, cut into 2-3 cm pieces)
1 bunch of spring onions
100 g olive oil
salt
pepper

Execution Instructions

In a pot, put the greens, leeks and spring onions.

Steam them for 4-5 minutes with a lid on.

Empty them into a baking pan and lightly salt them.

Place the cod on the greens, skin side up.

Sprinkle with plenty of pepper, drizzle with oil and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
