Ingredients

1 yellow pumpkin
2 eggs
300 g flour
200 g strained yogurt
100 g olive oil
salt
pepper

Execution Instructions

Σε μπολ, ρίχνουμε όλα τα υλικά και ανακατεύουμε καλά
να ομογενοποιηθούν. Λαδώνουμε ένα ταψί. Ρίχνουμε τη
γέμιση και πασπαλίζουμε με καλαμποκάλευρο. Ψήνουμε, σε
προθερμασμένο φούρνο, στους 180οC για 40 περίπου λεπτά
μέχρι να πάρει χρώμα.
