Ingredients
1 liter of water
230-250 g. sour trahana
50 g. olive oil
100 g. feta cheese
salt
pepper or paprika
Execution Instructions
In a saucepan, add the water, trahana, salt and olive oil. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking. Serve, grating the feta cheese and pepper or bukovo at the last minute.
Tip: We can add croutons or even very finely chopped and sautéed bacon for greater intensity and richer flavor.
