Ingredients

1 liter of water
230 – 250 g. sour trahana
50 g. olive oil
100 g. feta cheese
sliced ​​Trikala sausage
salt
pepper or ground black pepper

Execution Instructions

In a saucepan, add the water, trahana, salt and olive oil. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking. When serving, add Trikala sausage, sautéed over high heat, along with the fat that will come out of the sausage. Then grate the feta cheese and pepper or the paprika.
